Ravis Wallace Sr.

Ravis Wallace Sr., beloved son, brother, partner, father, and friend, passed away on July 19, 2023, in Livingston, Texas. He was born on July 21, 1972, in Cleveland, Texas to parents Audrey Parker Wallace and R.C. Adair.

Ravis attended public schools at Livingston ISD and was a member of St. Luke Episcopal Church.

Ravis was preceded in death by his parents: Arthur Wallace Jr., Audrey Wallace, and R.C. Adair. His brother Arthur Wallace III who all held a special place in his heart.

Ravis found love and companionship with his life partner Shunta Cooper of Leggett, TX. Ravis was also blessed with a beautiful legacy of children: Ravis Wallace Jr., Ravonte Wallace, Rashard Wallace, Tyler Bennett, Skylar Bennett, Sebastian Wallace, and Larry Bennett. His grandson Carter Bennett brought immeasurable joy to his life; his step-father Leon Carr. Ravis's siblings included Sharon (Mark) Hubert, Alice (John) Simmons, Janice White, Rhonda Wills, and Trina Henderson as well as Clifford Bookman who brought light into his life. aunts: Von M. Ware, and Eva Parker; uncles: Samuel Parker, Bobby Wallace, and Wilburn Ray Wallace from Livingston,TX.; God Aunts Josie Gray( Clarence) and Johnnie P. West,; special nieces Tabitha Wallace and Shaneika; special cousin: Alicia Bogany; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends who were fortunate enough to have known him.

A Funeral Service will be held to honor and celebrate the life of Ravis Wallace Sr. on July 29, 2023 at Livingston Church Of God In Christ located at 304 W West St, Livingston, TX 77351, United States. The service is scheduled to begin at 11:00 AM with Public Viewing begining at 10:00 AM.

Ravis Wallace Sr. leaves behind a legacy filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. Though he may no longer be with us physically, his spirit will forever live on in the hearts of all those who were blessed to have known him. May his soul find eternal peace.
