Marcus Donta Reed

Marcus Donta Reed was born on December  

23, 1972 in Houston, Texas to Mrs. Rosetta  

Dosia Morgan and Mr. Cundle Lee Reed Jr. 

Marcus graduated from Shepherd High  

School in 1993. After graduation, he joined  

the United States marines. He resided in  

Okinawa, Japan and Vista, California. After  

discharging from the Marines, he moved  

to Houston, Texas where he met, Jennifer  

Foster. They were blessed with two  

daughters: Ja’Lyssa Reed & Samantha Reed.  

One Son; Marcus Donta Reed Jr. Marcus Jr  

proceeded him in death. Marcus later moved to Staten Island, New York and worked  as a moved for amazon. He gained his Heavenly  Wings on December 30, 2021. He was proceeded in death by his mother, Cundle Reed Sr. Grandparents; Cundle Reed Sr., Earline Reed, Maggie M. Travis & henry Travis Sr.  

He leaves to cherish his memories, father; Mr. Cundle Lee  Reed Jr. (Justina) of New Llano, Louisiana; Daughters: Ja’Lyssa  Reed & Samantha Reed both of Staten Island, New York.  Brother; Patrick Dosia of Houston, Texas. Sisters; Deondra  Drake-Reed of Houston, Texas; Amanda Scott (Jerome) of  Conroe, Texas; Angelica Reed and Danielle Reed both of New  Llano, Louisiana. Seven nieces, two nephews, a host of aunts,  uncles, other relatives and friends.
