Carter Sr. & Henry Franklin;3 Aunts and a Number of Uncles.He leaves to cherish his memories, his Loving Father: Charlie Carter; Step-Mom: “Momma Sharon” Carter; Sister: Laquincy Crew; 2 Brothers: Kenneth Armstead & Charles Carter(Elizabeth); 2 Step-Sisters: Sharon Armstead & Keshia Armstead; Special Friend: Sabinetta Stephens. He also leaves to cherish a host of Nieces, Nephews, In-laws, Cousins, Aunts, Uncles,and Friends.
