On April 30, 1940 in Livingston, Texas, A handsome baby boy was born to Arthur “Tater” and
Mary Alice Austin Robinson. James Arthur, affectionately known as “Toot”, he attended public school in Houston, Texas.
He was raised by his grandparents Jesse and Leona Austin.
He was preceeded in death by both parents: Arthur and Mary Robinson; His grandparents: Jesse
and Leona Austin, Brothers: Ray Robinson; Willie Robinson; Sister: Mary Louise Cooper.
On Sunday November 19, 2023 He transitioned with Love, Peace, and Comfort.
He leaves to cherish His Love and memories: siblings: Joyce Price (Velton); Virginia Burch; Marvin Robinson; Johnny Robinson all of Livingston, Texas. Special Cousin: June Bailey of Houston, Texas. A Host of Nieces; Nephews; Cousins; and other relatives.
