Billy Ray Cooper

A long time resident of Polk County, was a graduate of Dunbar High School, an Army Veteran, and former employee of the city of Houston.

Billy passed the "fight the Good fight" baton to his companion and best friend Sylvia, his two sons Kerry (Cristi) of Seven Oaks, and Horace of Mason Neck, VA, his three grandchildren Jayme and Rachael of Georgia, and Bonnie Doyle of Lufkin, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
