Andrew Millsap Jr. was born April 23, 1966. In Dallas Texas to Naomi Robinett Broussard and Andrew Milllsap Sr.. Andrew was also reared by Willie (Snook) Mays and Willie Mae Mays.

He attended public school in Leggett, Texas where he loved Basketball.

Andrew united with the Providence #1 Baptist Church where he served as usher and also sung in the choir. At the age of 25 he moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. He lived the majority of his life between Vegas and Texas. Andrew was a Chef Cook, he loved cooking.

He was preceded in death by Grandparents: Neltha Bogany and Dan Robinett; Parents: Andrew Millsap Sr.,Naomi R. Broussard, Willie (Snook) Mays, Willie Mae Mays; Sisters: Kathy Jones Penn, and Anna Mae Tisdale.
