Jacqueline Furr

Jacqueline Delois Williams Furr was born on June 10, 1952 to Reverend J. W. Williams & Elrine Holcomb Williams in Marston, Texas. She accepted Christ at an early age and united at Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church and was baptized by the late Rev. Ernest Sigee.

Jacqueline attended Livingston High School and graduated in 1970. After graduating she attended Prairie View A&M University, and pledged PR Capers while attending college.

Jacqueline united in marriage to Mr. Larry Furr. Together they had three sons, while on her journey she worked at Eastex Telephone company for 19 years.

Jacqueline united with the Center Valley Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of her father. After relocating to San Antonio, TX she united with the Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. L.H. Mills. She participated in various ministries, and loved the Women In Action Ministery. She served as a secretary for the church, and was a faithful member until her passing under the leadership of Dr. GL. Roberts.

Jacqueline was preceded in death by her parents: Rev. J.W. Williams & Elrine Williams; her son: Lynnderrick Williams; and sister: Beverly Stephens (Marvin).

Jacqueline leaves to cherish her memory: Two Childeren: Eddie Furr (Faye) and Quentin Furr (Jennifer). Daughter in Love: Jessica Harrell; Grandchildren: Jalissa Timmons (Ryan), Ada Furr, Addie Furr, Josie Furr, Janoria Harrell and Jalen Harrell; Her Siblings: Mildred Phillips (Lee), Deacon Willie Williams (Mattie), Carolyn Green (Elmer), Tywanda Walker, Evelyn Howard; Special Friends: Pamela Barrett-Rain, Della Delahoussaaye; her friend of sixty-three years: Joyce Price. And a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers: Marc Phillips, Marcus Finch, Marvin Stephens Jr., Marquis Finch, Elmer Green Jr., Terrance Williams.

Honorary Pallbearers: Deacon Lee Phillips, Rev. Lee Davis, Mt. Sinai Baptist Church WJA Ministery, Deacon Willie Williams, Patrick Menefee.
